Aude Letty helped to set up the Korian Ageing Well Institute, now known as the Korian Foundation for Ageing Well. She is in charge of partner relations for the Foundation, and champions innovation, as long as it is in line with genuine, real-life needs.

After earning a DESS post-graduate degree in Health Law and qualifying as a legal expert, Aude Letty, began her career in the research sector in 2002, working as the manager of the Clinical Research Centre at Poitiers University Hospital. She developed an interest for health prevention, and was involved in launching a breast cancer screening campaign as part of the national cancer programme in 2003, in her capacity of manager of the Aisne Preventis non-profit organisation. In 2004, she joined Serience, which later became Korian, and held the positions of Regulatory Manager, then Deputy Manager at a post-acute and rehabilitation care centre before becoming Partnerships Manager. Aude is currently Director of Health Innovation for the Korian group, as well as General Delegate of the Korian Foundation for Ageing Well.


Yasmine Messaoudi has been a Clinical Research Associate at the Korian Foundation since 2015. She holds a master’s degree in Biology and helps to set up and monitor the scientific research undertaken by the Foundation. Yasmine works with the Foundation’s partners, other departments at the Group and the network of clinics and long-term care nursing homes to make sure that studies are run correctly and in accordance with good clinical practice. She also supervises tests performed on innovative devices by the Health Innovation division headed by Aude Letty.


Mariam Biné Ndiongue is a Clinical Research Associate. She has a PhD in Pharmacy and two masters’ degrees in Biology and Drug Sciences. She helps to design and implement a number of studies for the Korian Foundation. She is also in charge of supervising and providing operational support for the teams in conjunction with our partners.


Dricia Said spent 10 years as a Communication Officer at Korian, and has been a Project Coordinator at the Korian Foundation since 2016. She holds a degree in journalism. She works closely with Aude Letty to ensure that societal studies are run smoothly, and is also in charge of communication and event management.
