Marc is a trained nurse and began his career in a general hospital in 1979.

In 1981 he joined a care home as a care manager. He became facility director in 1997. In 2007 he began his career with Senior Living Group as Director of Operations, a position that he helped to develop and which he is pleased to still hold.

He believes in continuously improving our work so that we can be better tomorrow than we are today.
